Hey,

Does anyone know if the Archive is open yet, and if it is it's new
address?

Thanx

Hey Adam J, et al, here's a friendly suggestion for you folks.

Put up a redirect at the old site to a "placeholder" page at the new one's
location.

Are you guys that fixated on announcing some giant surprise? It would save
a lot of trouble for *everyone* if you simply put up some "Coming Soon!"
page. We wouldn't then have to deal with hordes of people asking about the
Archive.

Just a suggestion, admittedly borne of frustration.

Erik J.

BUT, it is a good one and something that many professional organizations and
personal site operators use.

The server is not currently publically accessible. Unless you know the
username and password, you merely get a login prompt and nothing else.

It could be less than a week, now. I know I only have 1 site left to finish
out of the 4 I'm working on, and I think the other sites, save for the
Archive, are mostly finished.

And as for "Hordes of people", well, you don't get asked 20 times a day on
Undernet #Shadowrun.. <grin>
