Subject: Shadowrun Base Runner Set

I just looked on the FASA site just to poke my nose around as usual when I
noticed that they listed 10-403 Base Runner Set, basically a set of Shadowrun
miniatures.

Anyone have any idea what these minis look like? Since I have quite a few of
the ones produced already I'm curious, are these just a group of individual
minis that were offered separately and now being offered as a combined set?
Or are they a whole new set of minis?

Personally I'm hoping for new minis :)

They're new mini's, I think...

About half of them are characters from the "Sample" character color plates,
the Ork Decker among them, as well as the troll mage. Not sure off hand
what the other 3 or 4 are.

Along with theose, there's also a Ghoul, a Renraku Red Sammy, and a Voodoun
(Who looks a lot like the Wayakambi pic from the Companion, though doesn't
seem to be an elf).

10 figures in all... The detail on them is pretty good. Sorry I don;t
remember all the figs... But AFAIK, they are all new figs...

And the Troll is actually the right size :] he TOWERS over the others :]

The store I do most of my shopping at carries just about all of the SR
miniatures (including those made by the company before Ral Partha). I have
never seen this set. Is it new? Is it available NOW!?

Pardon my excitement, but my game starts Saturday and one of my players is
playing a Troll Mage. I was sure I would never find an apporpriate mini to
represent him. *smile*

Also.. 10 figures seems like alot, is this set packaged the same as the others?

Errr... Honestly, I'm not sure...

I had the pleasure of visiting FASA almost a month ago and got a sneak peak
at the mini's... i'd assume they are available by now, but... <shrug>
None of our game store actively carries any SR Mini's (And only carry some
Vor and Crimson Skies figs because a couple of my friends and I will buy
them on occasion).
