It didn't take long. Issue 96 of Inquest (out today) has the offer
inside of Kellan Colt (that mysterious figure standing in the background
of the wave one group shot). This issue will go fast as it has the new
Marvel Superheroes Role-Playing Game in it (in sample form of 72 pages).
The next issues of Toyfare and Wizard should also carry the offer (same
magazine family).
