How about scanning it so I could at least see what it looks like? Would that
be okay?

I left it packed in a box on the other side of the country when I moved
last year. It's shaped like a normal phone card, with rounded corners,
and the front is black with the old skull logo - the back is a typical
[I assume] Japanese phone card. Unlike our electronic ones, these ones
are punched by the phone as they're used. The one I have is unpunched.

Visually, it's about as exciting as dry paint. :-)

Hey now. Don't knock it. Some of us get over stimulated easily and need dry paint ;)
