Many of this can already do this via FTP.
I suggest that you simply establish your bulletin board normally, and
familiarize yourself with ftp and other information search and acquire
methods available to you as an internet user. You can pull such things as
NAGEE, the TOME, and other archived posts onto your account and upload them
to your board, allowing non-internet computer users to freely access the
vast amount of information that has been accumulated so far.
You may, depending on your budget and time, also retrieve archives of the
logs and have them available upon request, that others who are not
blessed with the capacity to access the list proper can enjoy our great
heroes and villains.

I don't believe it's needed on the net. . .yet. I believe that you will find a
greater response by advertising within your own area code, describing with
detailed brevity the resources which you propose to offer (they are
considerable). But as an addition to this list and its counterpart, Shadowtalk,
I don't see enough difference in what you proposeand what the lists already
offer, except for the 'Empire' game variant you mentioned.
