like this without saying "NO" just remind the player how long it took
them to learn to Walk. Hmmm... I think babies are walking by age 1
or 2. Let's give the player the benefit of the doubt and say they are
smarter then a baby :) . So Mr. Mage can shape his body into any form
he wants. When was the last time he ran on all four? Let alone try to
pump his wings hard enough to fly? While the spell gives you the form
you're mental attrabutes are still yours. How many mages have actually
been a tiger? I would say while you can stand there and swipe at someone
with your paws (tiger form) actually running someone down is another thing.
As for the Fly flying in the mouth I would love to know how the runner
deals with a kalidescope type input derived from what is normally
stereoscopic Eyesight. (Similar to trying to interpret a themal image
for the first time in real life.)
Just because you can theoretically turn into a Blue Whale doesn't mean
it doesn't have it's draw back.
The only exception I would have to the above is when Shaman turn into
their Totem. That is the only example where the runner would know what
to do with the muscles and bone structure he has.
Just my two cents.... :_)
