28. can shapechange and transform spells be used to take the form of any
size? how about something as large as a blue whale or tiny as a krill?

answer: these spells can be used by the casters [victims] size within
limits. you can shapechange or transform into anything which has a body
within 2 of the caster [victim]. that means a body of 4 individual can
change into anything with a body of 2 to 6.

that is pretty much straight from the mag - of course as always it is
still the gm who has the final word. if he/she wishes to allow you to
turn into a t-rex and go rampaging in down town seattle well so be it..i
have simply shown the rule that balances the game in a fair way. kage is
supposed to be the official party line so take it or leave it.

tom dowd the DLoH also adressed this at gencon and said the same thing
