Before you delete this and say "Not Shadowrun", let me explain.
If you have not seen an Mbone feed, then you probably have no interest.
But if someone out there is on an SGI, Dec, or other workstation that
is SD (sd) capable (Shoudl be it's FREEE) try typing sd. If you get
a list of conferences, double click it and watch. The feed is 2 fps.
(frames per second) on my SGI here. Talk to your administrator first.
