yeah my vewwy vewwy first character (now @!#$'n cybermanced) favored the
bow.
was doing Rambo grenade-tipped ones for his favorite.
anyway
when the numbers started getting silly, i kinda figured that at
WAHOOOOOOOOGAA!!
YIIIP! YIIIP! BAWOING! insane strength levels, the bows and strings
would have to
be made of some different kind of material, like high-density tensile
wire and steel
composites. it really is silly, because they're immovable by normal
people.
i really do think they'd have to be made of different material entirely
to achieve
friggin' double-digit strength minimums.
remember the bow is only as strong as its strength minimum.
