But they're useful to get Weres with, as with a low velocity
load the bullet stays in the body, poisoning the were.

From a previous CHOPPER post I think (like about a day ago). N is the number
you add to the power vs unarmoured targets, and subtract from the power vs
armoured ones. So a silver tipped heavy pistol round would do 11M vs an
unarmoured target and 7M (minus armour rating of course) vs an armoured one.
This is according to CHOPPER rules and logic of course :-) (personally I
think N greater than 2 is too nasty, and N=2 for silver tipped a bit too
high).
