Guys, can someone with either Shadows of North America
or Native American Nations Vol. 1 tell me if:

a) it's ever mentioned what the most common Amerind
(as in, non-English) language in the Sioux Nation is,
and

b) if there's a Amerind language commonly used in the
Sioux military forces?

The only mentioned language is a complex sign language "developed by
the Plains indians in the 18th Century." No mention if it's used
officially in the military.

I imagine that English is still the most often used spoken language.
To avoid intertribal friction from differing languages, or some tribes
having "forgotten" their language.
