Subject: Smartlink I and Smartlink II and Called Shots

Why in Fields Of Fire they say a Smarlink II system is better at making
called shots and then says it only receives a +4 modifier for call shot.

If memory serves right, called shots always have a +4 modifier.

I would definitely like to question Tom Dowd about this. A matter of fact I
will, if I still have his e-mail address.
