Laser Sight bonus and Smartlink bonus cannot be summed up to a total of
-3 to the TN.
The way I see it, Smartlink gives the human brain all the info he can
have for his target, in the few ms that he needs to pick up his weapon
and shoot. Laser sight doesn't offer him anything more.
And btw why only a street sam can aim? Smartlink is pretty common among
the runners and to tell u the truth all my characters, even the mages,
sacrifise 0.5 essense to have a nice smartlink system in their brains
that will save their butts in those situations that u have nothing but a
gun in your hand and a big nasty Troll on the other side. Even a decker
can be a very good street warrior, if you are carefull when you build
your character (and if you are willing to make him so).
