Subject: Smartlinks are for one hand

The smartlink covers only one hand/arm. Why? Because the overwhelming majority
of people, and even Shadowrunners, use firearms with the same hand, generally
the right hand. The only reason for having the induction pad in both hands is
to fire two weapons, which is horribly inaccurate, or for when you favored arm
is injured, in which case your already screwed.
