Smartsight

Most of the time, you only need to worry about the enemy you can see,
right? Wrong! The greatest dangers lay unseen, just around the corner. For
this reason, Fuchi is making available thier revolutionary Smartsight
system available to the masses. Long used by Fuchi Special Security teams
the world over, the Smartsight is little larger than a traditional external
smartlink system and can be used on all weapons.

Requiring either special goggles or cybernetic second generation Smartlink
and datadisplay systems (along with a datajack), the Smartsight is then
wire-connected to the iterpretation system. (For our cybered customers,
there is no need to buy any new implants, no expensive surgery, no long
weeks waiting for it to heal- the Smartsight is programmed to give the
proper commands to all existing Smartlink II cyberware that meets the
ADVAT.328 protocals.) To use, simply activate. The Smartsight will compair
what it sees with what you see- once they don't match, the Smartsight
technology takes over. This will display a picture of what the camera
mounted in the Smartsight sees on the data display system, along with the
aiming point, in a small window in your field of view. Just poke you weapon
out of cover, and if there is a hostile, you can see him before he can see
anything more than your gun and hands.

For an increased fee, the Smartsight can be equipped with thermal imaging
and/or ambient light enhancement systems, but the systems displaying the
image from the gun must be equipped with the same capabilites, be
programmed to do double duty as a Smartlink system, or have a secondary
datafeed added for use a mission recorder. Our Datascope system is a
natural addition for the Smartsight, forming a powerful and versitile
addition to your system when used correctly. Used in conjuction with a
range finder, a math processor and a battlefield integration and
information system, these effects are simply devistating when used by
forward observers, as proven by our Desert Wars team last year.

Fully tested over a three year period, our Smartsight is destined to
become as popular and useful as the conventional smartlink. Can you really
afford not to upgrade now?

And be sure to read the fine print. This thing can unbalance a game real
fast, so threw is some BAD hardware conflicts for people who try to abuse it.
