Not to flame, but some people are confusing "sniper" with "assassin"
here.
All a sniper needs is a good gun, a good place to use it from, and the ability
to hit.
An assassin, on the other hand, could use a lot of those low-level misc. skills
and other junk, and probably doesn't wanna walk around with a sniper rifle.
(BTW, can they be disassembled?) For a good example, see "In The Line Of Fire."
This guy got a weapon into position through the tightest security possible, and
_that's_ more impressive than shooting someone from the opposite rooftop.

Not that anyone would really want to play with an assassin, tho'.
They have these antisocial tendencies...

Assassins anti-social? I beg to differ. It oftem becomes necessary for an
assassin to rub elbows with the upper crust in order to get close to his target.
Assassins should be very social. Not to mention cold, uncaring bastards.

That's what I meant. This tendency to turn an elegant dinner party into a
bloodbath could be...misconstrued as being antisocial, yes?
In actuality, an assassin should be quite charming and witty and have an
obnoxious level of Slight of Hand to slip that capsule into your martini.
A person like this requires little in the way of straight combat skills,
mostly social. Enchanced Pheromones 2 are his/her best friend. think about
stealth and unarmed combat, especially with a shock glove or finger-pads filled
with contact poison. And a compact needler pistol would round out the image
nicely.
