I have a Shadowrun® Character who has a cyberarm with
SONY™ Chipman music Playback unit, Pocket Secretary,
Ameritech™ cellphone, pen, wrist computer (100Mp) all
with DNI. I want all this to be linked internally
through his nervous system to his brain so he can
control these options by thought and not have to have
any vulnerable and awkward wiring anging about
connecting his cyberarm to datajacks in his head.

Any ideas, rules-wise, how this can be done? Please
let me know.

Well I'm pretty sure there's some cranial cyberware that could allow what
you want. Ear cyberware for the phone, eye ware for the more visual aspects.
Brain ware for linking it to the nervous system.

Have a glance through Man and Machine, though I think the main SR3 rulebook
might have some of the more common solutions, the supplement will most
likely have more precise ware for your needs.

A pocket secretary includes a cell phone and a 100Mp computer, so the
Ameritech cellphone and the wrist computer are redundant. Also, the
digital camera that is included in the pocket secretary is useless.

You'll need a transducer which allows use of a cellphone or radio without
speech.

To make use of the pocket secretary, you'll need a display link to view
data, or an image link to view data and pictures.

What do you mean when you say you have a "pen" in your cyberarm? Are you
talking about something used to write on paper, or what? I'm not sure why
anyone would want to link a ballpoint pen to their brain via DNI :)

At any rate, if you want to link all these things together and use them
mentally, you'll have to get a router.

I think the pen would be located in a cyber hand most likely as a finger
modification. While I can't see the point either of having a pen (does
anyone sign anything in 2060 on?) one can never tell when you need something
mightier than a sword... ;)
