I am looking into creating a character that is not from the typical (for me anyway)
Seattle/UCAS area. I have been considering Russian (possibly Communist throwback), Nordic
(Scandinavia, Norway, etc. w/Mythological influence), or ...any ideas? I am looking for
any info on the current(2060ish) and recent past of the area, preferably internet based. I
have checked Wordman's Sixthworld site, but it refers to numerous out of print books I'd
rather not track down.
Thanks for the help.

How about a sixth world buffalo soldier? A Caribbean freedom fighter of
sorts. Or maybe an Eastern Europian ex-intelligence office that has come to
hard times?

The Shadowrun archive (http://archive.dumpshock.com/) has a Timeline Explorer
(http://archive.dumpshock.com/ArchiveExplorerIndex.php3) With lots of info about places in
different years. Search
for whatever you want there.
Also, after reaserching as much as you can into it, consider inventing stuff your self,
and maybe contributing it.
Other than that, good luck. There are TONS of non UCAS ideas, from the very-common (NAN
tribal) to the very obscure (like the ones you mentioned, I can find even obscurer... :) )

When I say a software is uninstallable, do I mean you cannot install it, or you *can*
uninstall it?
