I have a character who wants to get an intimidation skill as
well as another character who wants to get a seduction skill. Would
these be new skills? Or would they be concentrations of
perhaps...Interrogation, Negotiation, Etiquette, Leadership (for
Intimidation); or Negotiation (for Seduction)?

Intimidation is a general skill, according to SR I.

General: Psychology
Concentration: Individual
Specialization: Seduction

I'd suggest that you use the Charisma attribute, and ask your
players to role-play it.
An old girlfriend of mine once told me that the only difference
between seduction and rape was salesmanship. She then told me I was a
good salesman...but it was all charisma and teenage hormones. =^> For
anything else, I'm really no good at sales.
Understand my point?

How about psychology ?

Mind you, I know that War Hammer uses Negotiation for Seduction! Mind you, in
Dream Chipper (I think) one of the NPCs had seduction chipped - I think it was
from psychology. I can't remember - the character was the rigger who thought
she was Cleopatra.

I also saw a PC once who started with a skill chip in Psychology - Deviant
Behavior. Personally I would find that intimidating.

Woah, is War Hammer a book or module, 'cause if you're thinking of the game,
they have a seduction skill(along with a lot of similar ones, all Fellowship
based.)

Sorry for the confusion. In the game War Hammer FRP, they have two distinct
areas - Skills and Tests. Skills do not constitute a test and tests do not
constitute a skill. You are correct - Seduction is a skill, but to use it you
need to make a successful bargain, gossip or (help - I forgot the other test)
test. There is no standard seduction test, you have to lead into it, and then
the target has to fail a Willpower test. Unless this has been changed in a new
release that I didn't hear about, which is possible given the ease of obtaining
WH FRP stuff down here.
