Vampires regenerate from all wounds ... even those from vulnerbilities
and allergies.

Or old rags. Since wood is apparently rather valuable in SR, paper might
not be made from it in the 2050s.

I think you have to try really hard to bleed to death from a cut that
small :)

More seriously, I doubt it would work that way. This is a _magical_
allergy, and magic does not follow the explanation of "Part of it is
material X, so it should trigger allergies to material X." IMHO an allergy
to wood is triggered by touching things that people think of as wood, not
to something that has been produced from wood, but that is no longer
considered wood (like paper).
