Of course not. You can only transform into a huge shrub and hop around
singing the theme song from 'Barney the Dinosaur'. Unless, of course, you're
an immortal elf from the 4th world. Then the
what-you-think-is-what-you-get-to-do option for magic applies and you may
transform into a huge tree an hop around singing the Marsellaise IF you
think you can. This assumes that you play by-the-novels. If you use a house
rule then the what-your-dm-thinks-is-what-you-get-to-do option for
everything applies.
