Hey, I've got a few questions and only about, mmm,
half a minute to write them in, so not to put too fine
a point on it:

1)Is there anyone here in the Southeastern VA area? I
mean, Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Newport News, etc.?

2)If so, do you know where I could find a good game?

3)Also, do you know if SR is going to be played at
ImagineCon whenever it rolls around - it's Easter,
isn't it?

There's several of us. I seem to be the only one on the NN side of the
water, however.

Only one I know of offhand on the NN side I wouldn't recommend.

Dunno.

Well, we're a bit too far up the Delmarva Peninsula (120 miles or so) to be of
help to you. That plus the $20 to cross the Bay Bridge Tunnel twice would put a
definite pall on it.

See number 1. ;-/

The event is being held in Hampton Roads, April 20-23. And they have a website:
http://www.imaginecon.com where you can register online.

Shadowrun will be played there: 3-7pm Friday, 3-7pm Saturday, 9pm-1am Sat/Sun, &
10am-2pm Sunday. All four look like they're the same thing. No mention if the
Sunday session is a "tourney finals." Most likely, it's just another session.

"Shadowrun-By the Light of the Silvery Moon, 10am-2pm Sun, A missing girl is
not unusual in Seattle, and you've gone after many of them. But this run could
get you into some very complicated politics. Greed, corruption, betrayal, and
magic. Just a few of your favorite things, Hoi Chummer? This is a RPGA
campaign module. The character you create can be played in other Virtual
Seattle events. Information on creating Player Characters can be found on two
web sites, www.rpga.com and www.rpga.net. We will also have a character
creation station and materials at the RPGA HQ in the convention RPG gaming
area."

Here's the URL for the SR game registration:
http://www.imaginecon.com/forms/gameregforms/sr1.htm

Hrmm... it seems there'll be a Lora Croft look-alike contest, too. ;-D

games in the Orange County, California area? I'm
starting up a new one myself and could use a few more
players if anyone is interested.

Umm, yeah. The machine that runs the lists is sitting in a colocation
rack in Newport News right now. :-)

I have a game in Chesapeake that I've just started -- we run every other
Sunday. Send me a private email if you're interested in more details.

That was covered nicely in another post -- the short answer: Yes.
