How are spaces divided amongst the cyberlimbs?

For example, An Obvious Cyberarm has 10 spaces. However, the Obvious
cyberupperarm has 6, the foreearm has 4, and the cyberhand has 2. That
doesn't add up unless the 2 from the cyberforearm are actually part of
the forearm. Does that mean that I can't implant a cyberholster in my
cyberforearm since on 2 spaces are actually in the forearm?

Also, am I missing something or is there no way to increase the amount of
sapce each limb has (ie, buy oversized limbs.)? Also, why do troll limbs
and dwarf limbs have the same available space?

BTW, I assume tha concealability of a cyberlimb is rounded down after all
modifiers are applied. It doesn't say anywhere that I saw.

Game balance, simplification, and because half the items are going to be
proportional to the arm, so they take the same "percentage" of space
regardless of arm size.

I'd guess there's overlap - so there might be 5 spaces in the upper,
2 in the fore and 1 in the hand with another 2 in the joints in between;
so you could install a 4 space thingy in the forearm by filling the
forearm and "borrowing" a bit of space from the joints...
