I've just done up an excel spreadsheet that converts kilometres per hour
into anything from miles/hour, knots, kilometres per 30. 15, 10, 5 and 1
minute, as well as metres per hr, 30, 20, 15, 10, 5 mins and metres per
30, 15, 10, 5, 3 and one second.

It also has a small section down the bottom which convers 1 through to
16 metres per secon to Km/hr, Mph and knots.

Knots being nautical miles (1852 metres) per hour.
