off to much:) I had a speed demon PC in one of my games the only reason
i let him in was A) body 2, and b) he sat down and made most of it work
with a starting character, it was only 27+4d6 but who's counting. Of
cousre we all remember that rule from Cyber tech about the intelligence
tests to not geek the guy who just coughed behind you? I applied 1/2 his
reaction to the base target number...needless to say he got the banshee
treatment after taking down 4 regular cop cars and well we all know
about the banshee treatment.
