How's this for a house rule:
1) Add the concealability of your weapon to your initiative roll.
2) Make something up for martial artists.

I haven't given this a lot of thought, it's merely a spontaneous ejaculation,
write back with improvements/concerns.

GAAK! Do you realize what that would do? Take the following example:

Two fighters with reaction 4
Fighter A has normal Initiative: 1d
Fighter B has 2d of Initiative (say, Syn. Acc.-1)

Fighter A has a monofilament whip: conc. 8

Fighter A Initiative Possibilities: 13-18 (4+8+1d6) average about 16.
Fighter B Initiative Possibilities: 6-16 (4+2d6) average about 11.

So most of the time the mundane with the whip will be calling the shots.
Granted, its not so extreme when you remember that everyone who's armed
will get bonuses to initiative. But the monowhip gives anyone the
equivalent of a maximum die roll from the augmentations of Wired-1.

2) Make something up for martial artists.
Fine. By all means, do so.

That much is obvious. Please keep your ejaculations to yourself and your SO.
