You can learn an exclusive version of a fetish required spell, but you can
only use one kind of fetish. So you only get the force bonus of 2+(1 or 2),
depending on if the spell can be "fueled" with a reusable fetish or requres an
expendable one.
A fetish focus can replace either kind of fetish for that casting of the spell.
