Okay, this is the revised version of the revised version of the Speed
Samurai. The little mistakes from the last one have hopefully been ironed
out (thanks everyone! :)

Commentary: The Elven Speed Samurai has taken advantage of some recent
developments in the field of cybernetics to reduce his reaction time even
further. He leaves mere mortals far behind with no hope of ever catching
up with his tremendous speed.

You know, that he will get into real trouble with bio-system-overstress?

Hmmm.... *does some calculations* if bioware boosts an attribute to more
than twice its base rating, like with Strength, then yes. However, for the
speed sam I figure that's acceptable because all that matters is
Quickness, and Strength is only secondary. Don't let him do anything that
requires him to use his strength, and he should be fine :)
