Yup, I agree. My personal Body count (as player... I have no bodycount as
GM :-) is up to three speeded Samies. With an Initiative of 4+1d6...
All you have to do is lay down and wait in ambush with a good sniper rifle.
Let the fast characters do the running & shouting, lay down and be patient.
