Yeow, any spell that had "unable to healed by magic" as a characteristic
would *easily* count as elemental effects in my book-- +1 Drain Code AND
Staging, definitely. And even then I'm not sure I'd let my players (or,
worse, my NPC) get their hands on it. :)

Trying to bring a new level of fear and pain into your campaign, huh? :)
