You did not ask for comments of any sort, but anyway I would prefer a
plain ascii version, also for reason of size.
Perhaps the best way to publish is on a Web page? Anyone interested who
maintains one? Gurth? Paolo?

And thanks a lot for doing all this, I think it was a lot of work you
did. So I feel really sorry I can't contribute any spell or artwork.
