] When you cast a spelland bond it to a spell lock
]can you turn it on and off without having to recast the
]spell? (There by casting one spell and being able to use
]it many times.)
In SRII; yes. In SRI; no.
] When spell locks are not operational they can be
]seen astrally, but can a mage in the astral plane still
]cast through it even though it is not.
There is some precedent for a spell lock being perceivable from the Astral
regardless, but even in this worst-case scenario it would still not be the
beacon that it would be if active, nor might it be the conduit that an active
lock is from the Astral.
] Does anyone know of a silence spell that I could
]use with Improved Invisibility? If so I would appreciate
]acopy of it...
My suggestion is: get grim II (If I remember, you are the one who was waiting
on one, but expected a protracted wait. So; use Grim I, and wait.) and use the
spel design system in there. Piece o' cake.
