Sounds very reasonable. I guess that's the way I would handle
it.

I like this better every minute! I figured you'd need a security
license of some sort to buy a combat formula, but I had difficulties
classing illusion and the rest. Thanks for the ideas!

And God help you if you leave your formula-notes lying about where
the Star can find them... ;-)
BTW - I suppose formulae for conjuring spirits should fall under a
similar jusrisdiction.

For the most part, yeah. Nature spirits are almost impossible to do,
because they just get whipped up and then are gone again. Materials for
conjuring elementals would fall under the same kind of guidelines. They
have something that has to be aquired before hand.

And again, these all fall under people doing this stuff legally. Most
shadowrunners go illegal just for walking into a building anyway.
