Sounds very reasonable. I guess that's the way I would handle
it.

I like this better every minute! I figured you'd need a security
license of some sort to buy a combat formula, but I had difficulties
classing illusion and the rest. Thanks for the ideas!

And God help you if you leave your formula-notes lying about where
the Star can find them... ;-)
BTW - I suppose formulae for conjuring spirits should fall under a
similar jusrisdiction.
