Okay its in the Grimoir, p39 (German Version again *snicker*). The rule is
as follows:
Everybody who can notice it rolls a numer of dice according to his int
(perception roll?? Wahrnehmungsprobe in German, anyway ;-)). The target
number is equal to 2*(Magic of caster-Force rating of the spell). All
modifierers for other perception rolls are to be used. As an optional rule
spellcasters get a -2 on the TN.
Another hint how to handle it is also in the Grimoir, p. 21. Whenever a
shaman casts a spell he physically gains some traits of his totem. The
mightier the spell the more similar to his totem he becomes.
