I was once in a group that had a female street sam that secretly wanted to
become a host for spider; we also had a physcal adept that secretly
worshiped spider, so I designed a run to grant the street sam her wish
unfortunately I never did get to gm the run. Darn spider would have at
least one host in this world.
BTW are there any stats on Spider in any of the net source books or anywhere?
If so please tell me where I can find these.

Well actually in the source book for Chicago called Bug City
it lists the adv/dis. for the spider totem as well as far as I know all
of the different types of insect spirits and their powers.

Well I guess I am going to have to buy that tommorrow. From what I
understand Chicago is a dangerous place in the 2050's.

Sounds to me like the SAM was asking to be used as a host by the mage, or at
least thats the turn of events I would have taken with the adventure.

AAAAARRRRRGGGGHHHHH!!!!! What have I been saying a few days ago?
SPIDER IS NOT AN INSECT SPIRIT!

Sorry. It just gets on my nerves if people _continue_ to act like they are
when even FASA says they're not. The Spider totem is in Bug City, page
144; if you have a physad who "worships" Spider, I would suggest you pick
up a copy of the NAGM/NAGA/Awakenings/whatever and read the bit about
physical adept totems... (And no, I don't have a copy of it to give to
anyone :)

chicago dangerous place.

no not really its a walk in the park!!

while running the chicago rule i trapped my group there when the
walls first went up.(they're all dead now!)

first of all the phys adept died he had a weapon foci and didn't have
astral perception he walked past a dormant spirit and awakened it so
it ate him from the astral space

next was one of my sammies with supathyroid and plateletts as he need
4 times the amount of food and couln't obtain it he started to lose
states until in the end he burn't up of over exposure.

two of the major fighting forces of the group down the rest shortly
followed
