It's disrupted, and can't return to the astral or physical plane for 28
days minus its Force, with a minimum of 24 hours (try summoning one of
those :). That means that for a nature spirit, it's practically the same
as taking D physical damage, although a distrupted spirit (nature or
elemental) still counts against the conjurer's limit. You can release them
from your service, though. Watchers are never disrupted, they are
destroyed by D stun damage.

The only way to bring a disrupted spirit back before the time is over, is
to make an astral quest to its home plane, with a Quest Rating equal to
the spirit's Force.
