which is quite easy, do you suffer from the effects of such speeds ?
I explained : Take the T-Bird and multiply its speed by 6. It gives it a
speed of approximately 6000 km/h. At such speed, I guess the structure
of
the vehicle isn't adapted. It will heat and become liquid (I don't
remember
the word...).

I believe the power description says the target may be forced to make
tests to avoid accidents.
I'd say this would include vehicle stress tests for exceeding max
speed. AFAIK, movement provides NO protection from harmful side
effects.
BTW, the word is FRICTION, which produces heat. Air compression on the
leading edge also produces more heat. And tires- well, they'ed burst
into flame , if they didn't just fly apart form spinning so fast.
Movement is primarily an OFFENSIVE power.
