The concept is something we've been wondering about for quite a while here
ourselves. I'm *moderately* certain Steve K. has imagined something once or
twice as well. A consideration to make, if I may suggest. Use the
"Ancestral Spirits" from MitS if upon a battlefield in a direct manner
(previous battlefields anyway). Other options might be "Spirits of
Field/City/Hearth" with various new abilities that reflect the immediate,
altercative, environment.
