Hmmm... that sort of helps, but what about the following situation:
Compound x has Spirit y patrolling it. Spirit y's orders are not to watch
for intruders; it is to watch for people using spells.
The table in the Grimoire II only counts for looking for *people* as far
as I can tell, and the TNs are modified if those people use spells. What
would the TN be just to spot the use of magic, not people?
