You may want to ask why the GM feels he needs such characters. Most GM's
create such things in an effort to force their players to act in a certain
way, or to adopt a certain RP style. A group conversation on the topic
might get some surprising statements from the GM about your own characters
and RP style. Especially if you feel that your GM tries to put forth a good
game.

I'm looking for the GM's handbook on the WEb and seem to have forgotten
the site where I origionally found it. It's the one with all the tabkles
..um..tables written out. Anyone know where it can be found?

Cerebus used to have it, but I don't know if you'll still be able to find
it, seeing that anonymous ftp won't get you in anymore at nspace.cts.com
(although http to the same URL works, bu where the RPG stuff is I don't
know). You could try ftp://cerebus.acusd.edu, maybe it's still sitting
there.
