I thought death was automatic if overflow damage EXCEEDED the body attribute?

I believe you're right :/ I was working from memory, and I recalled once
looking up the rules and finding out that you died once you had overflow
_equal to_ your Body. Now I just looked it up again (SRII, last two
paragraphs of page 111 and Deadly Wounds and First Aid on page 113) and it
says you die if your Body rating is _exceeded_, not if it is _equalled_...
*grumble*
