Hi folks!

Can someone tell me the costs for binding a weaponfocus. I'm not sure but I
fear that the costs in the german version are different from the english
version.

Please tell me the costs from the Grimore.

Thanx in advance.

MITS has it down as [(reach+1)x100,000¥]+Forcex90,000¥ and a karma cost of
(3+reach)xforce which squares with the costs in SR3

There are different values for that in SR2 and the Grimoire, so that may
be the cause of the confusion.

SR2 p. 137:
Weapon Focus, Small: 4 x Rating
Weapon Focus, Large: 5 x Rating

(Note that it doesn't say what should be considered a a small and what a
large weapon focus.)

Grimoire II p. 27:
Weapon Focus: 6 x Rating

(This is the base cost, and can be reduced by making an Enchanting test
with a TN equal to the focus rating, every two successes reducing the cost
by 1 Karma.)

Yes, thats right. My first thought was that FanPro has changed that on their
own opinion - wouldn't be the first time. ;-)

Thanx for assistance.

Nope, in this case FASA's rules were just as confusing :)
