my guess is use 6 for the pistol (standard light pistol power), 8 for the =
Rifle (standard AR power), both reduced by impact armor. I guess I would =
use 5 for the squirt but it is not reduced by anything.

The way I said above was the attacker roles his firearms against the
normal target number he would use. Then the defender would role his
combat pool against the attackers firearm skill reduced by the defenders
impact armor. the net successes determine if the round found its way past
the armor to hit the target and inject its payload.
