Now how would this be related to the "throw table" skill a Troll character
in my group was fond of using in bar fights?

You shoul put it parallel in the skill web under the throwing weapons
skill. Unless you want to consider tables as weapons, then it is a
concentration. You can also get a specialization based on the material/age
of the table.

For example, Terzo should get a specialization in Throwing
Weapons/Tables/Wooden. Or Throwing weapons/Enemies/Dwarfs.
