Do you mean "audio"? You can't hear auras.

Look at the descriptions of the cyber gear of the same name. I think they're
in the street sam book.

Sez who? ;-)
BTW Aural also DOES refer to hearing based phenomena as well.

I'd allow either hearing system to be used in locating hidden people, with
the offshoot/side effect of making the physad rather jumpy.
If you've ever read a Daredevil comic, then I suppose you could allow the
physad to learn power stunts like Detect Lie (Listening for the quickening
pulse)
If the physad ever rumbles with the gange The Night Hunters (? I think
that's their name.) Then he can pick up their high frequency vocal
transmissions.

No, oral deals with the mouth.

An oral exam is one that the instrucor read out loud for the students.

An oral thermometer is the one you stick under your tounge.

Any other silly questions?

Oh, I never realized they were homonyms (two words that sound alike with
different spellings).

Yes, what is the average airspeed of a great dragon carrying a coconut?

Well, just to be totally pedantic, aural is properly pronounced
"awe-ral", but no-one seems to know that these days... :)

UCAS or Californian dragon?

<grin>

Lady Jester is right, the initial sound in aural is pronounced higher in
the throat than the initial sound of oral. Most people say the
difference, but don't really hear it in English.

You have a point, but you never know when this type of distinction will be important.

Let me tell you, the difference between "Ambisol" and "Anusol" is
_not_ trivial!!!
