Okay, I'm going to clarify this one. Mike M. did say that he was upset with
Bioware in general, and as such, did NOT put it in the SR3 sourcebook, but he
does plan on reimplementing it at a later date. He also commented to the guy
in the front (Robyn's SO???), that he would likely base it off of body, but he
wanted to work it out so that some other game balancing mechanic was used.

He did not have any final answers on the entire topic, so no one get all
excitable or uppity, as literallly -NOTHING- is in stone FASAwise on this one.
