It's per skill. Improved Edged Weapons costs you .5 per point and Improved
Clubs costs you another .5 per point. If the Firearm related skills were
all grouped together...why would they lower the cost to .5...they'd
probably leave it at 1 like it used to be.

I don't think so. The table just groups them into categories...if they
didn't...the table would be a wee bit long.
