And forget if it's one of those water fountains that are recessed into
the wall. Trolls with wide horns wouldn't be able to fit their heads
into those things at the propper angle to get a drink.

nearby discarded SuperSlurpee cup. Get brainstorm (which, for a troll, is
a recordable event). Take straw from cup and shove into water fountain.
Suck lots of air mixed with water. Throw away stupid broken straw.
Think. Recover from pain. Watch kid get water from water fountain.
Growl at kid. Kid runs away screaming. Go down to local Stuffer Shack
and order a Extra-large SuperSlurpee.
