Very true in many ways..

In this case, the concept of spell defense comes into play. Also, Astral
Combat with a spell is no longer possible.

Vehicles and the like are a good example of things being more difficult.
Target number is now, IIRC...
8 + Vehicle Body + Half Vehicle Armor (Teeg, did I get this right?)
They don't roll to resist now, but oh what a target to hit, ya know???
