As these are basically Edges & Flaws reworked, is there a set way to convert the
E&F from the SR Companion for use in SR4? I thought it would be 1pt E/F = ±5BP,
does that sound right?

That's what it said in the playtest material, so you should be safe with
that kind of multiplier.

I think a few were tweaked for rebalancing, but... That's about on par, I
think. At least as a temp measure till the rest are published.

My idea, too. This is just like when SR3 was released, and you had to
figure out your own rules for things like cyberware from Shadowtech
until Man & Machine was released -- you probably won't duplicate the
upcoming FanPro rules exactly, but in 99% of cases you'll get close
enough that that doesn't really matter.
